Boozy Apple Whiskey Sugared Cranberries

These Boozy Apple Whiskey Sugared Cranberries are the perfect garnish for all your holiday festivities! Add them to any holiday spread, garnish all your favorite seasonal cocktails with them, or just eat 'em as a festive adult snack! Either way, these sweet and sour treats are sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
  • • 1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed
  • • 1 cup apple flavored whiskey
  • • 2 cups vegan-friendly granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. Using a toothpick or sharp fork, puncture the cranberries (you don't have to do this, but it does help soak up some of the alcohol). Place the cranberries in a shallow bowl and pour the whiskey over the cranberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight, at least 8 hours.
  2. Strain the cranberry infused apple whiskey into an empty bottle. You can drink this as a cocktail over ice, or as a mixer!
  3. Toss the cranberries in sugar and enjoy!
